The Kind of Community we are Co-creating at Tribe in Transition
Every group has its own unique culture, defined by the underlying values, principles and practices which sustain it. In order for group magic to happen we hold the intention to transform the unconscious limitations of our cultural conditioning into presence, conscious awareness and openness. Then the group becomes our alchemical vessel.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience:
- Awakening to new dimensions of consciousness;
- Transitioning from the old paradigm mindset of separation and “power over” to the new paradigm culture of connection and co-operation;
- Contributing our unique gifts and authentic wisdom to participate in evolving consciouness and culture.
We are in a global process of transformation and we can choose to co-operate with that for the common good
- We recognise the transformative process is one of deconstructing the old cultural stories and creating a new culture, and this begins within each one of us;
- By focusing on our inner transformation we can choose to align with, and live from, soul-inspired values;
- We face into death, grief, loss, suffering and shadow, knowing there are gifts and power therein;
- Sitting with death and choosing life is a challenging practice and we trust our challenges knowing they are an inevitable and growthful part of our commitment.
We realise all life is interconnected and interdependent, and we prosper through collaboration and co-creation.
- We come together for exploration to discover a common language and shared meanings for our experiences of being in transition from the old paradigm world to the new world we are creating now;
- The more truly we express authentically, the more we connect;
- Together we create islands of connection, coherence and sanity amidst the fragmentation and chaos of the world;
- We encourage a culture of compassion and respect by listening deeply to our selves and to each other and valuing our differences as well as what we hold in common;
- We recognise none of us can make the necessary shifts alone and to prosper we need each other;
- We intend to create a culture of generosity and win-win-win soul-utions based on a recognition of the ever-flowing abundant generosity of life.
We are empowered creators when our experimental actions arise from intuitive, soul-led wisdom and creative flow.
- We approach life as an adventure by adopting the attitudes of curiosity, experimentation, and beginner’s mind.
- We choose to align with the possibilities in thriving, creative life.
- We focus our attention on what is most authentic and whole in us and commit to transform everything that is not yet aligned.
