Are you emerging from a long healing or grieving journey and now you’re ready for something new?
Or, perhaps you’ve been caring for family or working so hard you can barely remember how to make space just for you?
Maybe you’re weighed down with anxiety about the direction our world is taking and you’ve lost your creative spark?
But you can hear your soul calling for something more…and a life-giving and inspirational journey awaits.
We each have unique creative gifts – yours may be writing poetry, composing and singing songs, dancing and the performing arts. Perhaps you love to play with colour, painting and design. You’re a magician in the garden or you have a talent for growing community.
There are many vehicles for creative expression and there are many underlying longings – you may be longing for the regeneration of creative play, for the depth of solitude, the expansiveness of the imagination. You may want to go deep, extend yourself, leave a legacy, complete a body of work or breakthrough feelings of stagnation. Or you may simply want to make space to be and flow and become more self-aware.
You know you have gifts but something has been stopping you taking the leap into creative freedom you’re longing for. You set out with the intention of doing some art work and get distracted by social media instead. You can feel your body longing to move but you choose to sit and listen to another podcast. You have an inspiration for a song or a poem but you don’t give it attention and it evaporates, taking with it a thread of hope. The book you’ve dreamed of writing remains just an idea, your guitar gathers dust in a corner.
It’s a tragic waste that very few people realise the fulfilment of their creative potential. Especially now, in these chaotic times it’s easy to become overwhelmed or lost in stress. We women often share deeply rooted patterns of self limitation – doubt, unworthiness and fear of judgement that hinder our pursuit of personal dreams or our visions for a better world. These hurdles often go unnoticed, making it challenging to unlock the door to our creative freedom.
When did you last allow yourself the thrill of creative inspiration, the bliss of solitude or the joy of creative play?
You don’t have to navigate this alone! And I’m thrilled you’re standing at this threshold. My invitation to you is to join a group of no more than 8 conscious women, meeting together over a year. Together we’ll transform hesitancy and longing into confidence, skill and joy.
Let’s nurture our seeds of creative genius together!
The Create Group Experience
The Create! group offers a space where you will feel safely held and free to explore and express all of who you are. You will be encouraged to connect deeply with yourself and find ways to articulate the intense and subtle experiences of your inner landscapes. You will be listened to, witnessed, respected and held in unconditional love. As you speak and listen to others the barriers of separation and isolation fall away, bringing you fully alive to the realisation that yes, you are gifted and unique, and your voice is needed, and at the same time we are each playing our part in the bigger story of humanity evolving. Being part of an intentional group of like-hearted women will inspire, encourage and hold you accountable to your dreams.
Embrace Your Creative Journey
Starting in April, and over the course of the year, we will weave together these threads:
You Will Deepen Your Understanding of the Creative Process and How to Become Skilled
There is an intelligent, purposeful, evolutionary energy seeking to unfold through you. You always have a choice to engage and co-operate with this intelligence and, as you do so, to connect with sources of power and strength which can lift, move and direct you. Your creative projects will become the vehicles to carry you into peace, wholeness and soul-inspired contribution.
You Will Become More Aware of Your Own Creative Process and How to Move Through Limitations
You will be encouraged to identify a creative project that you want to develop over the year. There are many stages of the creative process and just as many ways to get stuck. As well as being a source of joy and fulfilment, your project will provide a focus for inquiry, discovery and experimentation, revealing your gifts, your current strengths and limitations. We’ll illuminate your unique path – addressing where you feel stuck and how to set yourself free.
You Will Be Encouraged to Adopt Simple Practices to Keep You Connected and Inspired
As you show up consistently for your own creative projects and discoveries, and adopt a spirit of openness, curiosity and experimentation, you’ll build your creative muscles and move forward more easily.
We’ll Explore Together the Essential Skills of Creating so that You Can Stay on Purpose and Empowered
You’ll develop skills rooted in Feminine consciousness, such as receptivity, slowing down and moving with the natural flow of life, while also cultivating focus and commitment, so that every aspect of your creative process will grow your whole being.
You’ll start by establishing your inner soul sanctuary as a space where you can always feel safe and yet free to experiment and expand. Then, you’ll develop your creative practice, starting from presence and connection and moving into flow and creative play. You’ll build momentum by practicing the skills of transformation. Then, through inquiry and discovery, you’ll deepen into wisdom and unearth the gifts of healing and the Soul Journey. You’ll end with integration and bringing in the harvest. All of this will be in relation to your chosen creative projects, whether that’s compiling a collection of poems, writing your story, or dancing into a new life.
Whether you choose to share your creations publicly, with family and friends, or you simply want to enjoy a solitary process, your developing skills will be transferable to all areas of your life. You will grow and blossom and step into the joy and the deep fulfilment of creating as you become the sovereign of your own domain.
Join a Supportive Community
The Create! group resides within the bigger container of the Tribe in Transition Transformational Practice Community where you’ll be part of rich conversations about the transformational process while fostering friendships and collaboration.
There are 8 places available and we’ll start this transformative journey in April.
One of my deepest fulfilments is seeing the gradual, gentle, sustainable changes in people when they commit to transformational practice within a like-hearted group.
I hope to stir your sense of belonging with a humanity breathing together through these precarious times. The renewal of the world begins within each of us through intentional acts of self-transformation. To create a Whole New World, we must become the Whole New Human. I’m happy to be on this adventure with you.
Testimonials
Since lockdown in 2020, I have created and run the following group programmes.
The Sitting with Death and Choosing Life Programme – The Foundation Course, The Essential Skills for Grieving Well, Grieving for Our World, Write Your Way through Grief, The Facilitators’ Training; Deep Discovery Conversations and The Final Year.
These have all followed a similar format – starting with stimulus materials in the form of personal writing, conceptual understandings, simple practices and meditations. These support participants to explore their own experiences and truths through solo inquiry and sharing within the group. All participants are encouraged to adopt simple consciousness practices to raise awareness and inspire experimental action.
The following testimonials are from people who have participated in one or several of these courses.

When I participated in Write Your Way Through Grief, I realised that, in truth, I’ve hated writing because I’ve struggled with dyslexia all my life. But I’ve found that the more I work on myself using writing as a tool, I’m able to let go of many limiting beliefs, perceptions and judgements I have. And as a consequence, my writing has improved. It helps me to hone in and see what might be troubling me or capture that ‘gem’ of an idea. It’s a means to express myself and my feelings in the moment. I have a richer understanding of myself and what makes me tick. It’s fundamental to my personal and spiritual growth, as we’re such multi-layered and complex beings. The best thing I find is looking back and seeing how much I’ve changed and grown. It’s there in black and white, no escaping! It’s all so valuable, free-ing and affirming. Rose’s writing is so beautiful and compelling, it inspires me to want to write that way too.

Exploring the contents of Rose’s library of resources has helped me to understand how, when grief is suppressed and left unprocessed, it’s like having the handbrake on. My creativity has been freed up and I’ve gone on to expand my facilitation skills. I’ve delivered Rose’s Sitting with Death and Choosing Life Foundation course many times as well as creating new courses of my own and expanding my work, my community and my self love.

In The Final Year group, I’ve been with fellow travelers and I’ve loved watching everyone evolve and change. I’ve appreciated the strong container Rose has held and, amidst a full-on year, I’ve learned to let go more, surrender more and ride the waves more, especially in the community in which I live and in relation to my own dying.

The SWDCL Course offered me the opportunity to explore how loss has shaped my life at different stages and how transformation is an integral and natural part of life. Amongst many other enquiries in the course. I’ve explored how I navigate the not-knowing, the aspects of me that I reject, and how I can best experience the Wholeness I yearn for (within me and in my community and the whole of the universe).
When we started The Final Year group last year I was in the grieving process – my mum had died a few months before. I was in contact with my mortality and how I’d been feeling numb and dead for ten years. I was really struggling being here. Now, I have connected with recovery and I am much more alive. I’m taking steps to care for myself in new ways – for instance letting go of rescuing others, learning to say no, being more aware of where I spend my time and with whom. I am getting that sense of belonging here on Earth as I reconnect with my creativity and follow my true passion and curiosity. I’ve created and facilitated two workshops in collaboration with others, and enjoyed a whole month of dancing and performing which led on to other performing projects. I feel more empowered creatively, it’s been wonderful and I am really grateful.
I am grateful too for this space, where I am accepted as I am. Sharing with the group has been inspiring and I am balancing service in community with service to my self; facilitating from a nourished state; giving attention and space to self -care and engaging with service to community from that inner state.

Through this course I have witnessed the magic that happens when people share openly – our compassion rises and flows into the other group members and even spills out into ourselves as we resonate with aspects of their experiences. I had a strong resistance to joining the course because I didn’t feel that I had what it takes to support people in this way. But, through the feeling of truly belonging within such a beautifully held group, I have discovered a compassion that I didn’t know I had and have succeeded in being able to put a loving arm around those insecure, not-good-enough parts of myself. This, in turn has freed me to live more fully and offer myself in greater service. Holding my own group as part of my rich learning has been an amazingly enlightening experience. I am a human who feels compassion and that is enough to enable me to do this work. My soul is singing!
