The Kind of Community we are Co-creating at Tribe in Transition
Every group has its own unique culture, defined by the underlying values, principles and practices which sustain it. In order for group magic to happen we hold the intention to transform the unconscious limitations of our cultural conditioning into presence, conscious awareness and openness. Then the group becomes our alchemical vessel.
We are Spiritual Beings Having a Human Experience
-
Awakening to new dimensions of consciousness;
-
Transitioning from the old paradigm mindset of separation and “power over” to the new paradigm culture of connection and co-operation;
-
Contributing our unique gifts and authentic wisdom to participate in evolving consciousness and culture.
We are in a Global Process of Transformation and We Can Choose to Co-operate with That for the Common Good
We recognise the transformative process is one of deconstructing the old cultural stories and creating a new culture, and this begins within each one of us;
-
By focusing on our inner transformation we can choose to align with, and live from, soul-inspired values;
-
We face into death, grief, loss, suffering and shadow, knowing there are gifts and power therein;
-
Sitting with death and choosing life is a challenging practice and we trust our challenges knowing they are an inevitable and growthful part of our commitment.
We Realise All Life is Interconnected and Interdependent, and We Prosper through Collaboration and Co-creation
-
We come together for exploration to discover a common language and shared meanings for our experiences of being in transition from the old paradigm world to the new world we are creating now;
-
The more truly we express authentically, the more we connect;
-
Together we create islands of connection, coherence and sanity amidst the fragmentation and chaos of the world;
-
We encourage a culture of compassion and respect by listening deeply to our selves and to each other and valuing our differences as well as what we hold in common;
-
We recognise none of us can make the necessary shifts alone and to prosper we need each other;
-
We intend to create a culture of generosity and win-win-win soul-utions based on a recognition of the ever-flowing abundant generosity of life.
We are Empowered Creators when our Experimental Actions Arise from Intuitive, Soul-led Wisdom and Creative Flow.
-
We approach life as an adventure by adopting the attitudes of curiosity, experimentation, and beginner’s mind.
-
We choose to align with the possibilities in thriving, creative life.
-
We focus our attention on what is most authentic and whole in us and commit to transform everything that is not yet aligned.

“Rose Diamond has used her vast experience and skill in Spiritual Development to offer deep and nurturing opportunities for self-care on a soul level. I would recommend this as a comprehensive base for personal development for anyone who is embarking on a spiritual journey or inner work, no matter at which stage they find themselves. A worthwhile investment indeed.” Jools Williams, Conscious Coaching, participant in Build Your Soul Sanctuary, The Sitting with Death and Choosing Life Foundation Course and the Essential Skills for Grieving Well.
Working with Rose has been very positive and affirming. I was able to experience a level of intimacy and sharing with others that I haven’t commonly had in other groups. It’s as if we were magically drawn together to shared aspirations and values, as if something far greater was being created. It’s not for the faint hearted but if you’re willing to dive deeply then it’s rewarding. I was able to find a deeper sense of self and how I might take part in the world, and I feel aligned with my soul and open to the mysteries of life. Liz Sokoski, Chair of Art and Soul, an arts charity that supports people with mental health, Film maker and Transformational Coach. Participant in The Essential Skills for Grieving Well, Deep Discovery Conversations, Write Your Way through Grief, The Final Year.
Rose’s stimulus resources are incredible. She somehow manages to share and build upon her own life experience in highlighting and speaking of the essence of grief, loss and death…the human journey into the dark, the shadow, the unspoken, the unspeakable… in order to enable the reader and the listener to uncover and make sense of their own journey and within that to engage in a healing process. The Grieving for our World aspect is timely, monumental and essential. If we are to face, embrace and act before more time elapses, we need to unearth and face into our pain together, supported by Rose and the other contributors. This is the work of the Soul and in embracing grief we are reclaiming our soul and life purpose, rebirthing ourselves as grounded healers, leaders and Soul guides in these chaotic times.
In The Final Year group, I’ve been with fellow travelers and I’ve loved watching everyone evolve and change. I’ve appreciated the strong container Rose has held and, amidst a full-on year, I’ve learned to let go more, surrender more and ride the waves more, especially in the community in which I live and in relation to my own dying. ” I recommend Rose Diamond’s programmes as a way for re-finding yourself and finding your peace and route ahead. Her Build Your Soul Sanctuary programme helped me to re-balance myself at a time when so much was happening in my life which was overwhelming. The daily sessions and meditations created more understanding and support for my transformation. The sustainable format of daily practices gave me tools to use consciously to go into the zone each day and give rise to a happier stronger life on all levels. The carefully put together guidance, is understandable, easy to follow and yet powerful as it encourages depth in responses. If you are considering doing the programme, do not hesitate as it will so help you now and in the future. THANK YOU ROSE.” Rosie Graham, Life Coach, participant in Build Your Soul Sanctuary.
Rose created an open space free of judgement which allowed me to truly be myself. The experience has inspired and energised me, it has allowed me to make a breakthrough in healing the conflict between “being” and “doing” in my life. By learning how to “be” part of this circle and the transformational learning experience I have gained new inspiration and insights into how I might transform my “doing”. Milan, Transformational Learning Community, New Zealand
An incredible opportunity to share/create a sacred space to explore cutting edge ideas, personal evolution, conscious evolution, peer dialogue and a global context. All in a space of non judgment and synergistic energy and the awareness of exploring/experience unknown territory. Maggie, Transformational Learning Community, New Zealand
Each day was an invitation to remember, discover, and celebrate who I am and my life adventure and its living! How beautifully Rose helped me create a safe space for all that I am from the shadow to the light and between. This work with Rose Diamond in Soul Sanctuary is an important step on the road to limitless life adventure. I already feel the difference in my committed daily practice. Truly, we are limitless. Let’s live our adventure that way! Blessings! ” Resa Ferreira, Resonance Coach, Participant in Build Your Soul Sanctuary
“Being a stay-home mom to three young boys, it can be really challenging to hold space for my online healing practice. “Build Your Soul Sanctuary” is a wonderful short-term programme that is very doable. It helped me to ground and expand my energetic presence in both my personal life and in my healing practice, in a practical way. I love listening to Rose’s healing and soothing voice as she guides me through each day’s exercises. The self-reflection questions help me to form new habits which keep me feeling safe when stressful events happen. I now feel more confident of who I am as a healer and as a mom. I highly recommend this programme to anyone who is looking to grow their energetic presence.” Bingz Huang, Healer, participant in Build Your Soul Sanctuary.
Rose, thank you for holding a safe, energetic and creative space in which to explore and create. Thank you for making and endless time to move at a “right speed” so that nothing was “rushed past” and forgotten. Thank you for shining a clear light to help us to find our own individual ways forward. Thank you for bringing us together to share our stories, our poems, our joys and our journeys in a confidence of safety and freedom. Lizzie, Consciousness and Creativity
Thank you Rose, your presence has made a real difference in my life. The powerful, gentle and subtle way you facilitate, the quiet spaciousness in the group, the attention to our inner lives. Benita, Consciousness and Creativity
My experience has been one of an apparently effortless unfolding of soul awareness, each step unfolding gently into the next. I am impressed at the breadth and depth of the experience. Inspiring, intense and joyful. Ann Williamson, Consciousness and Creativity
“I have seen more clearly how I operate in the world, my thinking is changing, my breadth of understanding is widening exponentially – this is a wonderful journey into the unknown.” Elizabeth, participant in The Sitting with Death and Choosing Life Foundation Course, The Essential Skills for Grieving Well, The Final Year.
“This is a transformative process which has brought some new revelations and epiphanies. I feel as though the veils have parted, or the fog cleared, in a fuller way than before. It takes courage, ruthless honesty and commitment. If you’re drawn to embarking on this journey, please be prepared to discover things about yourself which you either didn’t know, or didn’t fully allow yourself to acknowledge previously.” Karen, participant in The Essential Skills for Grieving Well, The SWDCL Facilitator Training, Deep Discovery Conversations.
I have experienced, the Foundation Course, The Essential Skills for Grieving Well, The Deep Discovery Conversations, The Facilitator’s Training and The Final Year. The learnings I have gathered from these courses has been significant, and as well as deep diving into my grief and losses, I’ve begun to own my authenticity and uniqueness and apply that to my facilitation, serving those people who are attracted to my particular style and energy. I’ve witnessed my shift into collaboration with, and acceptance of, others, and I’ve let go of old, ingrained beliefs that kept me in competition and protected, separate and feeling excluded, and this has come through the materials and Rose’s philosophy around cultural change.
Working as a team, delivering the same Foundation Course, and realising that each facilitator has our own unique style, has helped me to see the abundance and collaboration that brings rather than lack and scarcity. Each time I facilitate the Foundation Course, I, myself, dive a little deeper into my understanding of me, and of others too, and our individual, unique, life journeys.
It’s quite something that Rose has created and I’m feeling blessed to have found her and her work which is profound in its capacity to offer an inspirational container of learning and support. Once again I find myself travelling to new depths of understanding on my own loss, grief, ageing, and the gifts from the transitions through my life.
Sundy Gilchrist, Sublime Relationships
Being able to uncover my own patterns gives me a real sense of empowerment. It’s always uncomfortable but I can make a choice to not let the discomfort push away the realisation and ah-ha moment. I’m learning to be with, and sit with, what I’m experiencing rather than allowing the waves of uncertainty to stop me. The discipline of “writing it down” helps to ground me, and order my thoughts, and then I can more easily express myself to others and find help to take this emerging thought a bit further. This has really helped me with my coaching practice too and has made me more empathic. Writing is making me feel more whole and more able to be present to myself. These practices are part of an organic and ever changing process, they can be done again and again. Rose’s guidebook, “Saying Goodbye to a Loved One” is a jewel of a tool kit.” Caroline Lambert, The Essential Skills for Grieving Well, Write Your Way Through Grief
The practices are a great gift in more ways than I can express; they are so multi-layered. Rose’s guidebook has given me a sense of hope and possibility. I feel very affirmed by her writing about grief and she has reminded me how much courage it takes, and how much courage I have. Rose made so many profound invitations in a guidebook that is beautifully contained and poetically written. This is something to keep coming back to; emotional, practical and all-embracing. I am very grateful.”
Lindsay Stevens, The Essential Skills for Grieving Well, Write Your Way through Grief
“Powerful, inspiring and supportive”,
Christopher Murray, The Essential Skills for Grieving Well, Write Your Way through Grief
I found Rose’s writing both insightful into my own grief process with the loss of my son, and in realizing more fully that I am still in a continuing and ever changing landscape of grief that begs to be expressed. Added to this was the desperate need to record and review the cumulative grief of both myself and the collective in a covid ravaged world. Rose’s writing style, together with her writing course “Saying Goodbye to a Loved One” gave me wings to soar and view with great clarity, the depths of healing to be gifted through creative writing. Her skilled and captivating weaving together of external situations, relationships, feelings, realizations and insights in her own story provide inspiration and gentle guidance as we write our own stories. For me, Rose’s course has affirmed that our creative process in writing from our heart and soul contributes to the evolution of consciousness – even if nobody reads it! What better reason to write than that! Margie Austin
At the end of The Final Year, I’m in a very different place now to where I was twelve months ago. I am really grateful for this space and for the way we’ve been held and have held each other. I have experienced being loved and supported, regardless of what’s gone on for me, with no judgment and no criticism and always encouragement to be gentle with myself. The transformation has been massive, beyond anything I had imagined. I’ve been able to reconfigure myself. Sara Rushworth
I came to Rose’s courses from a place of unexpected loss and on a healing path of reconnection with the sacred universe around and inside me.
The SWDCL Course offered me the opportunity to explore how loss has shaped my life at different stages and how transformation is an integral and natural part of life. Amongst many other enquiries in the course. I’ve explored how I navigate the not-knowing, the aspects of me that I reject, and how I can best experience the Wholeness I yearn for (within me and in my community and the whole of the universe).
When we started The Final Year group last year I was in the grieving process – my mum had died a few months before. I was in contact with my mortality and how I’d been feeling numb and dead for ten years. I was really struggling being here. Now, I have connected with recovery and I am much more alive. I’m taking steps to care for myself in new ways – for instance letting go of rescuing others, learning to say no, being more aware of where I spend my time and with whom. I am getting that sense of belonging here on Earth as I reconnect with my creativity and follow my true passion and curiosity. I’ve created and facilitated two workshops in collaboration with others, and enjoyed a whole month of dancing and performing which led on to other performing projects. I feel more empowered creatively, it’s been wonderful and I am really grateful.
I am grateful too for this space, where I am accepted as I am. Sharing with the group has been inspiring and I am balancing service in community with service to my self; facilitating from a nourished state; giving attention and space to self -care and engaging with service to community from that inner state.
Sofia Sangue
The best therapy I have ever had – healing, caring, loving, soothing, inspiring. I feel heard and held in a community of deep divers of the mind.
Bev Mundy
When we started The Final Year I was very much in a deep healing process and letting go of what I no longer needed. I was very chaotic, forgetting things that were important to me and having to work hard to stay present. My intention at the beginning was to accept how to be supported and to know how that feels in my body. There was a time during the year when we were under a lot of stress as a family and Rose and the group supported me to stay with my feelings and allow myself to be vulnerable and seen. I now know how that feels and I can feel the difference in myself. Listening to everyone in the group has given me a huge permission to be who I am in the moment and to feel safe. It has shown me that I don’t have to struggle to reach somewhere. I’m good at holding spaces for other women and I really needed to experience being held. I have so much gratitude.
